I got an a oil change oil filter and will rotated the service was good however they had a problem having enough personnel to do it in a reasonable time I waited at least two hours to get it done that was the only problem I had other than that everything was great
I had a radio replaced that was under warranty. Matt was very good at figuring out it was the radio when we had had a problem with the navigation system. Installation was reasonably fast. Very satisfied.
Everything was terrific except the communication While the vehicle was checked into the shop. Tried calling and texting SEVERAL TIMES. hung up on and the service rep DID NOT CALL ME back. I had no missed calls and no voice messages. Everyone else did great!
My experience with Feldman was wonderful. The sales people were all were friendly making the atmosphere warm and comfortable. My salesman went out of his way to get my payment at a price we could afford, as we live on a fixed income, Myhusband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in may and just finished radiation, and undergoing chemo, and it makes our future so uncertain to lease a car right now,.
