girl i talked you was nice. not genuine at all but nice. when my car was dropped off the first call i received was a voicemail explaining that the parts for my car where on order. They did not explain what was wrong with my vehicle or get my approval to begin this process. luckily it was covered by the warrenty and everything was covered free of charged to me which explains why they didnt tell me. i tried calling multiple times and could not get a hold of someone. and even after leaving voicemails to whoever's voicemail i ended up on. and after I finally got through to get the details i had questions pertaining to the repair that the woman couldn't answer. she said she would send that information to a technician and would get back to me. nobody got back to me with my concerns. I would like a my dealership I do buisness with to inform me before starting any work on my vehicle. feldman is a good company but this location is not one i would recommend.

Overall a very nice experience, wait was not too long, nice waiting room accommodations that also catered to my two young children, work performed was satisfactory, one minor issue only, was promised a car wash and one was not provided. Minor detail, but thought I would share that.
