First of all you are always exceptional. When I got there for my appointment a truck pulled in before me by the service door got out and walked in, I was sitting behind him for maybe two minutes, thinking he would come out, when the service manager came right over to me and said do you have a 3:00 p.m. appointment and I said yes, he went in got the keys from that person moved the car and got me in, such a nice gesture, so genuine and made me understand why I will always come back, lisa

Worked with Bruce McFaul to purchase a new vehicle. Bruce is first class. We came in on Saturday, test drove a Traverse. Didn't have time to stay, but agreed to return on Monday. After thoughts on Sunday, decided against the Traverse, and went with a 2018 Equinox found on Carfax and lotted at the Livonia Feldman location. Emailed Bruce Monday am, he got the car to the New Hudson site, prepared the paperwork, had the car detailed, and then even took time to sit with me in the car and show me every button, initiated my OnStar, and made sure I was comfortable in my new ride. All this knowing that he still had a customer waiting for him inside the showroom. The only drawback was having to wait for finance to approve and get their paperwork in order. Otherwise, a good experience. Would (and have) recommend Bruce to others.

If zero stars is an option that is what I would give. We had a miserable experience with Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson. We had a service engine light come on in one of our vehicles. I called Feldman to discuss with them getting an appointment after finding out why the light was on. The gentleman I spoke with took my VIN number and checked my warranty and said that I still had warranty coverage, turns out he lied. He did let me know ahead of time that if something else was wrong we would need to pay a $95 diagnosis fee, I agreed but only on the understanding that I had a warranty remaining. He failed to tell me that my warranty was expired, had I known this I would have never taken it to Feldman. So, we took the vehicle in at open, 7am, and were told we would be called as soon as they got to it that morning. Well, at 5pm that evening we got a call that said they never got a chance to look at the car. Thankfully, I was given a loaner otherwise I would have had no way to get my son home from daycare. When they called me the following day to go over what was wrong with the vehicle they listed out a cost of $1,400. I told them that we would not be completing the service at this time and I went to pick it up the next morning. Well, apparently they didn't understand when I said we weren't completing the work because after sitting around for 20 minutes they told me that my car still had to have the recalls taken care of. I told Brandi that I would come back for the vehicle but she tried to take the loaner. I told her that I would be coming back and she said yes, but I need the loaner keys. At which point I said, 'if I don't have the loaner I can't get anywhere.' For some reason she didn't think of this and said, oh, well you could have left a long time ago then. So, I was late to work and still had a loaner vehicle. Please remember, all these trips in and out of the building I am carrying my sons car seat and multiple service reps watched me struggle with doors and never stopped their conversations with each other to hold a door open. A few days later when I finally had my vehicle back I dropped it by another service shop to get a second opinion. Even after quoting me $1,400 for service, Feldman failed to catch what was actually wrong with my vehicle. There was a leak in my oil filter and I only had 1 quart of oil left. Had I done the work at Feldman, I would have left and not too long in the future would have needed to replace my engine because they missed something so simple but detrimental. The service team at Feldman is incredibly unprofessional and made me feel as though they were trying to screw me over because I was a woman and 'didn't know anything'. We will never service our cars or purchase a car from Feldman again in the future and we are telling anyone/everyone we know to avoid Feldman at all costs.

Service representative was great. Very cordial. I had earned service rewards, so service was also very cheap, which is always nice. Only issue was that it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, which was twice as long as previous visits.
The Feldman team was very accommodating and welcoming. I had a lot of questions, ran a lot of numbers and calculations, and had two young children with me. The team was patient, understanding and provided support throughout the entire process. Very appreciative of the team's communication and willingness to engage and work with our circumstances and family.
