I booked an appt on 1/11/19 to be dropped off at 3:40 on 1/14/19. I dropped my vehicle off 45 mins early and returned to pick it up at 5:50 and it was not completed or even started!! I had to bring it back the next morning(which I considered taking it elsewhere first) and are more time out of my day. Not happy and i was not offered a discount or anything to that affect. I understand mistakes happen but this was severely frustrating and time consuming.

I was supposed to get a text when my vehicle was ready, but I never got it. I decided to show up before the service dept. closed and my vehicle was already out in the parking lot. I would've appreciated better communication.
