While most others in the world see bats as a bad omen, owners and founders of Witch’s Hat Brewing, Ryan and Erin, took a bat flying into their living room as a sign for change. It was this chance encounter with a wild bat that inspired them to roll the dice on their dreams of owning a brewery after simultaneously losing their jobs.

Hang On to Your Hat—Their Beer List is Long

At Witch’s Hat Brewing, you’ll find a wide selection of beers of all kinds. Whether you’re into sturdy IPAs or light and refreshing pilsners, Witch’s Hat Brewing has something for you. Their beer list is ever-changing with a few exceptions, like their year-round selection which includes the Train Hopper, their flagship beer.
